NANCY ANDERSON, MD, MPH
Nancy is a board-certified pediatrician with a master’s in Public Health in Maternal-Child Health.

Renée is the Executive Director of the Walla Walla Housing Authority.
Trisha Comsti is a Program Officer at Panorama, an action tank working to have impact on important social issues, where she focuses on donor engagement around nutrition and promoting family friendly workforce policies. She holds a masters of public health from Tulane University. She earned a bachelor of science degree in biology and a bachelor of arts degree in international affairs from the University of Virginia.
MARTIN VALADEZ TORRES
Martin Valadez Torres is currently Director of Workforce Training and Education at Heritage University and was previously Director of Business Development and Public Relations at Tri-Cities Community Health. Martin is active on several other boards including Gesa Credit Union, Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Mid-Columbia Libraries and Communities in Schools Benton-Franklin. Martin earned a BA from UCLA and an MA from Stanford University.
TRACY DESKIN, RN
Tracy is a master’s prepared Registered Nurse experienced in healthcare regulatory compliance, quality and accreditation with leadership oversight of compliance, performance improvement, risk, patient safety, health information management, and infection prevention programs.
Nora is Director of Community Engagement and Development at the UW School of Medicine Center for Health Equity Diversity and Inclusion.
Lori taught high school health and physical education, she served as the Director of the Prevention Center for Northwest Educational Service District, and she finished her career as an Assistant Principal.
PHYLLIS GUTIERREZ KENNY
Phyllis was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Evans School of Policy and Governance University of Washington, on the Western Governors University Board, Latino Health Center and Research Advisory Board (U of W).
