JOB TITLE: SENIOR EXECUTIVE SUPPORT & HR SPECIALIST
Reports to: Executive Director
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week, hourly, FLSA status: exempt, not eligible for overtime pay. Schedule is typically Mon -- Fri 8am-5pm, some evening or weekend hours may be required.
Compensation: $55-70,000 annually DOE. Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, S<D, 403(B) plan with generous employer contribution, paid time off and 10 paid company holidays. All employees have the opportunity for annual merit raises based on prior performance.
